These natural variations are not considered defects.

4. Custom and Personalized Orders

You are responsible for reviewing all names, wording, sizes, colors, images, and other customization details before submitting your order.

Once production begins, custom or personalized orders may not be changed or canceled.

Minor differences between digital previews and the finished product may occur due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, and hand-finishing.

We reserve the right to decline custom content that is unlawful, abusive, offensive, misleading, or infringes the rights of another person or business.

By submitting images, text, logos, or other materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be your responsibility.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@aurewall.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from the approved order details.
